We are seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Performance and Enablement within our Revenue Operations division. This role is essential to the effectiveness of our go-to-market strategies. As the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales organization in achieving our business objectives through top-tier enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement Initiatives: Develop, propose, and execute programs aimed at enhancing the performance of the Capital sector.
  • Sales Call Analysis: Review and assess sales calls to pinpoint improvement opportunities and create strategies for enhanced outcomes.
  • Onboarding for New Employees: Participate in the onboarding process for new team members across the Sales organization.
  • Comprehensive Coaching: Provide advanced training sessions for fully ramped Capital Account Managers on effectively marketing financial services.
  • Enablement Communication: Ensure the Sales organization is updated and trained on internal process modifications, new technology releases, product updates, and revenue initiatives.
  • Change Adoption Support: Assist teams in embracing new changes until they are fully integrated.
  • KPI Development: Collaborate with Leadership and Revenue Operations to establish key performance indicators for onboarding and enablement adoption.
  • Performance Assessment: Work alongside regional Leadership and Revenue Operations to evaluate regional performance and assist teams in identifying training requirements.
  • Training Material Development: Partner with regional leaders and various teams to create and revise educational materials, including sales scripts and presentations.
  • Feedback Promotion: Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement by actively collecting insights from training and enablement efforts.
  • Regional Contributions: Share regional insights on global initiatives with the broader Revenue Operations and Leadership teams, participating in regular update calls.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-8 years in a relevant field, ideally within FinTech or Financial Services, including:
    • 3-4 years in a Sales role with quota responsibilities.
    • 3-4 years in Training and Enablement roles.
  • Proven track record in creating and managing onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Ability to leverage a data-driven approach to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Analytical Skills: Experience in data analysis to derive actionable insights and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate strong relationships across teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated individual with a curiosity-driven mindset, always eager to learn and enhance skills.
