We are seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Performance and Enablement for our Capital division within the Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness of our go-to-market strategies. As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales organization to meet our corporate objectives through exceptional enablement of our sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement Initiatives: Develop, propose, and execute sales enablement initiatives aimed at boosting the performance of the Capital sector.
  • Sales Call Analysis: Review sales calls to pinpoint improvement opportunities and formulate strategies to enhance outcomes.
  • Onboarding for New Employees: Participate in the onboarding process for new team members across the Sales organization.
  • Comprehensive Coaching: Conduct advanced training sessions for fully onboarded Capital Account Managers on effectively marketing financial services.
  • Enablement Communication: Ensure the Sales organization is updated and trained on internal process modifications, new technology implementations, product updates, and revenue strategies.
  • Change Adoption Assistance: Aid teams in embracing new processes until they are fully integrated.
  • KPI Development: Collaborate with Leadership and Revenue Operations to establish key performance indicators for onboarding and enablement adoption.
  • Performance Assessment: Work alongside regional Leadership and Revenue Operations to evaluate regional performance and assist teams in identifying training requirements.
  • Training Resources: Partner with regional leaders, marketing, strategy, and enablement teams to create and refresh training materials, including sales scripts, case studies, and presentations.
  • Culture of Feedback: Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement by actively collecting insights from training and enablement initiatives.
  • Regional Contributions: Share regional insights on global initiatives with the broader Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership teams. Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on enablement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-8 years in a relevant field, ideally within a FinTech or Financial Services environment:
    • Sales Experience: 3-4 years in a sales role with quota responsibilities (Account Executive/Account Manager).
    • Training and Enablement Experience: 3-4 years in training and enablement roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Proven ability to leverage a data-driven approach to assess success and identify improvement areas.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong background in data analysis to derive actionable insights and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
  • Relationship Management: Proven track record of building strong relationships with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-Motivated and Curious: A proactive individual with a natural curiosity, always seeking to learn and enhance skills.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives across the organization, showcasing leadership without direct authority.
