Business Support Administrator

The Office Coordinator will assist the General Manager and the Operations team at our fulfillment center. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to manage confidential information with care. They should also exhibit flexibility in adapting to varying workloads and shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee expense documentation for the General Manager, senior management, and personal expenditures
- Organize schedules, events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and document preparation
- Support travel arrangements and facilitate internal communications
- Collaborate with vendors for the upkeep of the fulfillment center
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and team objectives
- Work alongside various teams within the fulfillment center
- Engage in team-building initiatives and peer recognition activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional or military experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills with diverse groups
Note: This position requires on-site work.
