  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Meeting Coordination: Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily office operations and evaluate efficiency.
  • Mail Management: Open and distribute incoming mail and materials.
  • Staff Direction: Direct and supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work Environment

This position is situated in a fast-paced office environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
