About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ASCENDIFY TECHNOLOGIES LTD. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Operations
    • Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Establish priorities and ensure that administrative tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Record Management
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and coaching to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Support for Diverse Groups
    • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
