Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani Place. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our inventory is always well-stocked and of the highest quality.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always aware of our stock levels and can make informed decisions about ordering and purchasing.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure that they are presented in a professional and appealing manner.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, and ensuring that our kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Dependability: We are looking for someone who is reliable and dependable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and we need someone who is able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Initiative: We are looking for someone who is proactive and takes the initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
- Judgement: Our kitchen manager will need to use their judgement to make decisions about food quality, inventory management, and staff supervision.

- Team Player: Our kitchen manager will need to work closely with other members of our team, including chefs, servers, and management.
- Time Management: We need someone who is able to manage their time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Work Setting: Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high volume of customers and a wide range of menu items.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in our kitchen, and we require our kitchen manager to be fluent in English.
- Hours: Our kitchen is open 7 days a week, and we require our kitchen manager to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
