Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 11173286 CANADA INC. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and achieve team goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a high level of quality control.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
