Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance and Organization: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Staff Recruitment and Development: Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the kitchen and support the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
