Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Clerk to join our team at TON Infrastructure Ltd. As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
    • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Manage and maintain office equipment and technology
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and process invoices and bank deposits
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Other trades certificate or diploma
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and customer service skills
      • Strong organizational and time management skills
      • Proficient in MS Word, QuickBooks, and database software
    • Work Environment
      • Work in a hybrid office environment
