Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Claims Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into auto collision claims, gathering information and evidence to support claims decisions.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions on claims, taking into account company policies, industry regulations, and customer needs.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with best practices in claims handling and customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in auto claims adjusting or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Language: Bilingualism (French and English) an asset.
