Job Title: Intermediate Auto Claims Advisor

At Aviva, we're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Intermediate Auto Claims Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Auto Claims team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the claims process, conducting investigations, and making decisions on the best course of action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve auto collision claims in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work autonomously in a digital environment and make decisions based on company and industry regulatory practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with best practices in claims handling
  • Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva's initiatives to provide an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in auto claims adjusting or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
  • Ability to work in a digital environment and undertake online tasks
  • Genuine curiosity and inquisitive approach to making improvements to processes to create a positive customer experience
