Key Responsibilities:- Investigate auto collision claims and provide guidance to customers
- Comply with company and industry regulatory practices, delivering best practice methods and taking responsibility for customer and claims outcomes
- Work autonomously in a digital environment
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with best practices in claims handling
- Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva's initiatives to provide an outstanding customer experience
- 1-2 years of experience in auto claims adjusting is an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
- Ability to work in a digital environment and undertake online tasks
- Genuine curiosity and inquisitive approach to improving processes to create a positive customer experience
- Ability to work within and positively contribute to our organizational culture and values
