About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our Development Department at LHR Global - Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new business ventures, providing high-level professional expertise in business development and management.
  • Lead a team of professionals towards pre-determined long-term objectives, working under self-direction.
  • Manage the business development process through deal closure, including validation against proposal progress through stage gates.
  • Review investor proposals and approve contract payments and variations within authority limits.
  • Act as a primary contact for contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Lead business portfolios and manage development of commercial agreements.
  • Provide analysis in reviewing legal documents, including head of terms, MoUs, cost sharing and shareholders agreements.
  • Manage negotiation strategy development and execution.
  • Prepare and present corporate committees and executive briefs.
  • Provide administrative direction to Business Development staff, including job performance appraisals and job promotion recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar certifications.
  • Industry expertise and knowledge of specific business transaction and venturing activities.
  • Expertise in financial analysis of companies and transaction valuation.
  • Experience in dealing with local or industry-specific best practices and regulatory and governmental mandates.
