Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the transaction development/procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.
Key Responsibilities- Fully familiar with the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Build Own Operate (BOO) concession models, with the ability to navigate complex third-party transactions.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in transaction development, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
- Develop and implement commercialized solutions to meet business requirements, working closely with internal subject matter experts and external investors.
- Prepare transaction approval documents at each stage of the transaction, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial, and marketing viability of new initiatives.
- Manage and mentor young professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in transaction development and procurement.
- Proficient in oral and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Competitive monthly base salary, aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly overbase, equivalent to 25% of monthly base salary.
- Benefits supplement, increasing based on years of service.
