About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Global - Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in various markets, with a focus on transactions such as acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management for review and approval
  • Engage with partners and stakeholders to conduct due diligence and develop robust business plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members on business origination and development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent
  • 15 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management
  • Knowledge of venturing activities, such as commercialization, spin-offs, and joint venturing
