Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Américas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and operational strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management and stakeholders to secure funding and support for new initiatives.
  • Manage and execute projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our industry, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
