The Role In the capacity of a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you will be instrumental in steering strategic initiatives, encompassing data analysis, fundraising efforts, and the support of special projects. You will work in close collaboration with diverse teams to pinpoint growth avenues, facilitate strategic transactions, and contribute to the overarching success of our organization. This position will report to the Manager of Corporate Strategy.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline Minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proven capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in preparing and presenting information to management Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Skilled in constructing financial models and conducting data analysis Passionate about innovation and contributing to the development of groundbreaking ideas Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Familiarity with the warehouse automation sector is advantageous

What We Need

Financial Analysis Execute thorough financial analyses to assess potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships Create financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to aid decision-making processes Provide insights into key performance indicators and financial metrics to evaluate business performance and identify improvement areas Fundraising Assist in both dilutive and non-dilutive fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing, as well as strategic partnerships Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop investor materials, presentations, and financial documentation Maintain ongoing relationships with investors, financial institutions, and governmental strategic partners to support fundraising activities Strategic Planning Aid in the formulation and execution of corporate strategies aimed at fostering growth and enhancing shareholder value Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover market trends, opportunities, and potential risks Support the assessment of strategic alternatives and the execution of strategic transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures Special Projects Assist with special projects as directed by senior management, including corporate development initiatives, operational enhancements, and strategic undertakings Collaborate across various teams to analyze complex business challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and drive implementation efforts If this description resonates with you and aligns with the work environment where you can excel, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
