Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential acquisition targets, including financial modeling and due diligence
  • Evaluate strategic considerations related to our business operations, including market trends and competitor analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on corporate development initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in financial analysis and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends
