Key Responsibilities:

KZenEdge frequently has openings for Business Analysts to meet the needs of our diverse clientele, which includes governmental bodies, energy sector companies, and various service providers. The projects undertaken encompass a range of activities, from IT application upgrades and integrations to organizational transformations, including mergers and acquisitions, training initiatives, documentation, information management, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Position Requirements:
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant college diploma
  • Experience in a business analyst capacity at various levels
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and curiosity
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating urgency and commitment to project goals
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting interviews to gather and validate requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering relationships and collaboration within diverse teams
  • Proficient in writing clearly and concisely in both technical and non-technical formats
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Skill in applying logic and reasoning to tackle complex challenges
  • Adept at engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including senior management and clients
  • Experienced in conducting research related to project issues and products
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead workshops for requirements gathering and validation
  • Document, analyze, manage, and prioritize business requirements
  • Expertise in developing business cases
  • Proficient in data modeling, process mapping, and creating prototypes
  • Skilled in performing cost-benefit analyses
  • Effectively manage projects in both technical and non-technical settings
  • Results-driven and adaptable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation
  • Utilize tools such as Visio, MS Excel, Database Tools, and PowerShell
Terms & Conditions:
  • Contract or Employee Status with KZenEdge Inc.
  • Salary is negotiable and based on experience
  • Start date is flexible based on individual circumstances and client needs
