Project Manager - Underground Design

At IBI Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our underground design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the design phase of underground station projects from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design consultants to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design deliverables.
  • Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners to resolve design issues and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical coordination or technical project management within the Architecture and/or Engineering sectors.
  • Knowledge of P3 (Public-Private Partnership) projects and transit-related projects is required.
  • Design experience in underground transit projects is required.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
