Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Secretary to join our team at 14557344 Canada Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Develop and implement budget plans to ensure effective financial management and control.
  • Policy Implementation and Management: Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient access to company data.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to support business operations.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
