- Training and Development: Train and support other team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Procedure Development: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Correspondence and Reporting: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Financial Support: Assist with financial tasks, including credit and loan applications, financial statement preparation, and inventory management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 34 hours per week
