Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Office Operations
Assist in planning and organizing daily office activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide Administrative SupportOffer administrative support to the financial team, including preparing financial statements, reports, and other documents.
Manage CorrespondenceHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including responding to emails and preparing letters and other documents.
Support Newcomers and RefugeesAssist newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, providing them with the necessary support to integrate into the workforce.
Support Indigenous PeopleProvide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees, creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Support YouthsProvide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Operational SupportAssist in the operation of computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours34 hours per week.
