Customer Experience Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to conduct undercover evaluations of various businesses, including retail stores, restaurants, and service providers. Your feedback will play a crucial role in helping our clients enhance their customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned locations and conduct evaluations as per guidelines.
- Evaluate customer service, product quality, and overall experience.
- Observe and report on employee interactions, store cleanliness, product displays, and compliance with company standards.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports based on your observations within specified deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of assignments and the identity of the companies being evaluated.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve service standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations as required.
- Reliable access to transportation.
- Basic computer skills for report submission.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset but not required.
