We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at AutoTrader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from the moment they hand over from our Sales Team. Key Responsibilities
· Conduct Welcome Calls to discuss client products and provide support with initial product setup
· Analyze client accounts in Salesforce to identify areas for improvement

· Provide light technical support and training as needed

Requirements
· College diploma and minimum 2-3 years of customer support experience
· Proven results in achieving/exceeding targets and KPIs
· Knowledge of WordPress and automotive industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
