Job Summary:

The Attendant, Steam Room will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a clean and safe environment in the steam room, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Deal with public and provide customer service.
  • Perform services specific to the establishment, including taking, canceling, and changing room reservations.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests.
  • Attend to group arrivals and departures.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a team player attitude.
  • Efficient and organized with a client-focused approach.
