Job Title: Hotel Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Attendant to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. This includes assisting with special needs, dealing with public inquiries, and performing various tasks related to the hotel's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Deal with public inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform tasks such as taking, canceling, and changing room reservations, receiving and delivering items and messages for guests, and attending to group arrivals and departures.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
  • Clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Reliability, team player, and client focus.
  • Efficient and organized with a high level of attention to detail.
