FloForm Countertops is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Vancouver areas. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets
- Follow a proven sales approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide regular communication with clients to ensure strong company representation
- Actively promote new products and color lines to clients
- Manage dealer display boards and sample orders
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations to clients
- Monitor sales trends and report on trends and budgeting
- Act as the company representative with relevant professional associations and conduct client visits to develop and maintain customer loyalty
- Support commercial projects by facilitating orders, managing color boards, and tracking project status
- Coordinate supply when required and process material takeovers for purchasing
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating activities with other departments as necessary
- Provide quotes and enter orders/quotes into the computer system and confirm availability of product
- A competitive salary range of $60k - $100k+ including incentives
