About the Role

FloForm Countertops is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Vancouver areas. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Follow a proven sales approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide regular communication with clients to ensure strong company representation
  • Actively promote new products and color lines to clients
  • Manage dealer display boards and sample orders
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations to clients
  • Monitor sales trends and report on trends and budgeting
  • Act as the company representative with relevant professional associations and conduct client visits to develop and maintain customer loyalty
  • Support commercial projects by facilitating orders, managing color boards, and tracking project status
  • Coordinate supply when required and process material takeovers for purchasing
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating activities with other departments as necessary
  • Provide quotes and enter orders/quotes into the computer system and confirm availability of product
