Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide quotes and enter orders into the computer system
  • Coordinate supply and manage color boards
  • Support commercial projects and facilitate orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build business in assigned segment
  • Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to solve problems and handle challenging situations
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and goals independently
  • Able to lift between 25-60lbs
  • Able to travel to local clients daily and work occasional evenings and weekends
