Overview

Customer Service Specialist (Merchandiser)

The Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist (Merchandiser), you will gain valuable experience in managing and enhancing a thriving beverage business while developing your skills through daily merchandising and restocking of our products across a designated group of retail locations. You will be trained to create orders for mainline and perimeter displays, implement planograms, manage pricing, and utilize point of sale materials effectively. A comprehensive onboarding and training program will be provided to ensure your success. Location: Red Deer, AB

Job Type - Part-Time position with the potential for advancement to a Full-Time role. Shift: Days (starting around 7:30am)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandising our complete product lineup to various retail partners. Implementing merchandising strategies at the store level. Engaging in direct communication with retail partners (store managers/site owners). Delivering exceptional customer service. Rotating all beverage products to ensure freshness. Creating orders for mainline and perimeter displays. Maintaining planograms, pricing, and point of sale materials. Adhering to merchandising guidelines. Generating daily store orders through HH4. Managing unsaleable products. Participating in one-on-one and district meetings. Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

High School diploma required; University/College education is an asset. A valid full G or Class 5 driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A competitive mindset and a drive for excellence. Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a high energy level. Retail and/or food service experience is a plus. A desire to remain physically active and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check, which includes a criminal record check, reference verification, general employment verification, and confirmation of high school (or equivalent) completion.
