Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part Time Team Lead to join our team at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as a Merchandise Leader's right-hand person. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring our store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards and provides an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Floorset Execution: Train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
  • Merchandising Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on merchandising opportunities, game plan with leadership, and take action to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Brand Standards: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
  • Shrink-Reducing Strategies: Implement and adhere to AEO policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize inventory management.
  • Priority-Setting and Time Management: Demonstrate strong priority-setting and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexible Availability: Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, to support business needs.
