We are looking for a dedicated Beverage Retail Supervisor to join our esteemed establishment, PLENTY OF LIQUOR. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the retail team and ensuring efficient operations within the beverage department.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel
  • Recruit and train new employees
  • Procure inventory
  • Authorize merchandise returns
  • Develop work schedules
  • Engage in sales activities
  • Compile reports on sales performance and staffing issues
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints
  • Organize and manage stock
  • Oversee and coordinate team activities
Supervision:

Manage a team of 3-4 individuals

  • Assistance for individuals with disabilities
  • Support for newcomers and refugees
