Job Summary

The Visual Merchandising Specialist will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and immersive shopping experience for customers at H&M Group stores. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can effectively implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to meet sales and customer engagement goals
  • Collaborate with store management to determine commercial opportunities and implement floor moves
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and share knowledge with the store team
  • Ensure high-quality garment presentation and maintain a well-styled store environment
  • Launch and maintain sales campaigns and activities on time and according to H&M standards
  • Complete sample picking and execute floor moves to create clear stories and wearable buying suggestions
  • Maintain a safe and organized visual room and ensure all visual materials are current
  • Support the store team to enhance customer and working experience through coaching and development

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of transferrable experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to work with hand and power-operated tools and lift to execute display setups
  • Passionate for customer service and helping people find their style
