About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join RideCo as a Senior Account Executive and be part of the pioneering team shaping the transformation of public transit into a dynamic on-demand network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Close New Customer Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business prospects in the public transit industry, developing relationships with key decision-makers and articulating the value proposition of RideCo's on-demand platform.
  • Grow Existing Client Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, expanding their use of RideCo's platform and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare Proposals and Presentations: Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of RideCo's platform.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to address client questions, build proposals, and continuously improve the product and sales playbook.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Coordinate all aspects of the sales process, including contract review, negotiation, and closing.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven Track Record in Business Development/Sales: Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, public transit, transportation services, or management consulting.
  • Proposal Writing Experience: Ability to write high-quality proposals for large enterprise contracts or public-sector RFPs.
  • Management Consulting or Startup Experience: Experience in management consulting or working for a startup company.
  • Education: Degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related discipline.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $110K - $130K + performance-based bonus + stock options.
