About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own book of business through business-to-business cold calling, prospecting for new business, and negotiating rates with freight carriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage your own book of business through business-to-business cold calling
- Follow up with new and existing clients to provide freight solutions and close deals
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Negotiate rates with freight carriers
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators to ensure client needs and expectations are met
