- Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of business objectives.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
- Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior business executive role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on business growth and success.
- Work Conditions: 35 hours per week, with a focus on work-life balance.
- Language: English.
