We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Swift Disability Services LTD. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and confirming details with clients and stakeholders.

Communication and Customer Service

You will provide excellent customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Tasks

You will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information as required. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Correspondence and Documentation

You will type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Personal Qualities and Skills
  • Ability to Multitask

You will be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
