Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swift Disability Services LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and staff.

Communication and Customer Service

Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks

Compile data, statistics, and other information, maintain manual and computerized filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Personal Suitability

Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, client-focused, reliable, and strong time management skills.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
