Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swift Disability Services LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and information, utilizing manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
