Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swift Disability Services LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and staff
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and other electronic enquiries
  • Compile and maintain accurate records and data
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading, and filing
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Reliability and time management skills
