About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at 2346728 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to staff members and clients.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, send invoices, and receive and issue payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and surrounding offices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative staff members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
