Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client projects with a strong emphasis on aligning with their strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a reliable consultant for clients engaged in transportation and civil infrastructure initiatives.
  • Manage all phases of project lifecycle including initiation, execution, oversight, and reporting.
  • Coordinate project teams, establish effective communication channels, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Facilitate meetings, address project challenges, and liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Guide and nurture the development of project managers and support personnel.
  • Drive business growth by expanding infrastructure service offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer designation.
  • Proven experience in consulting or public sector engineering focused on transportation projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in capital and municipal planning.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within project delivery contexts.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure planning and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in collaborating with Indigenous communities.

Compensation: Salary range from $100,000 CAD to $145,000 CAD.
