Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client projects with an emphasis on aligning with their strategic objectives.
- Serve as a reliable consultant for clients involved in transportation and civil infrastructure initiatives.
- Manage all phases of project development, including initiation, execution, oversight, and reporting.
- Coordinate project teams, establish effective communication channels, and provide updates on project progress.
- Facilitate meetings, address project challenges, and engage with stakeholders.
- Guide and nurture the development of project managers and support personnel.
- Drive business growth in infrastructure services through strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer designation.
- Proven experience in consulting or public sector engineering, particularly in transportation project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership in capital and municipal planning.
- Experience in client-facing roles related to project execution.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure planning and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Indigenous communities.
Compensation: Salary range of $100,000 CAD to $145,000 CAD.
