Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client projects, prioritizing their strategic objectives and interests.
- Serve as a reliable consultant for clients engaged in transportation and civil infrastructure initiatives.
- Manage all phases of project development, including initiation, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate project teams, establish effective communication channels, and provide regular project updates.
- Facilitate meetings, address project challenges, and engage with stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor project managers and support personnel.
- Drive business development efforts to expand infrastructure service offerings.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer designation.
- Proven experience in consulting or public sector engineering focused on transportation projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in capital and municipal planning.
- Client-facing experience in delivering projects effectively.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure planning and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Indigenous communities.
Compensation: Salary range of $100,000 CAD to $145,000 CAD.
