Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client projects, prioritizing their strategic objectives and interests.
  • Serve as a reliable consultant for clients engaged in transportation and civil infrastructure initiatives.
  • Manage all phases of project development, including initiation, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Coordinate project teams, establish effective communication channels, and provide regular project updates.
  • Facilitate meetings, address project challenges, and engage with stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor project managers and support personnel.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand infrastructure service offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer designation.
  • Proven experience in consulting or public sector engineering focused on transportation projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in capital and municipal planning.
  • Client-facing experience in delivering projects effectively.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure planning and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Indigenous communities.

Compensation: Salary range of $100,000 CAD to $145,000 CAD.
