We are in search of a Senior BIM Coordinator to enhance our team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, engaging in significant projects across North America. This role will also involve providing specialized technical leadership within the BIM team, ensuring the highest standards of project execution and strategic initiatives for BIM and CADD practices.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Executing project activities that require comprehensive BIM knowledge; Establishing and applying design best practices in your areas of expertise, including the formulation of Action Plans as directed by the Discipline Head; Cultivating technical expertise through the development of training programs, identifying candidates for advanced training, and mentoring key personnel; Leading CADD/BIM project teams and managing resources to achieve profitability and project objectives; Overseeing multidisciplinary spatial coordination for complex infrastructure projects, ensuring integration of structural, architectural, MEP, and civil elements in 3D; Collaborating with the digital steering committee to meet digital transformation goals; Initiating BIM kickoff meetings and developing execution strategies at project inception; Conducting BIM training sessions for team members.

Additionally, you will need:

A diploma in CAD/BIM technology from a recognized institution, along with over 15 years of relevant engineering or drafting experience; At least five years of experience in BIM management and coordination for large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects; Proficiency in various BIM design applications and their interoperability; Strong skills in multiple drafting and design software, including Civil3D, Revit, Tekla, Dynamo, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, and MicroStation; A keen eye for detail in complex bridge components, with experience in steel and concrete detailing; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; The ability to contribute to proposal development; Skills to assign tasks, coach, mentor, and supervise CADD/BIM technicians at all levels; A self-motivated attitude, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
