- Communication: Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages appropriately.
- Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Inventory Control: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
