We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our team at Upper Canada Specialty Hardware Limited. Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of technical and support staff.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
