Position Overview
Driven Brands is actively seeking both part-time and full-time customer support specialists to enhance our dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate should be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility for weekend shifts. The starting compensation for this role is $15.50 per hour, along with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expedite all incoming customer calls
- Address customer inquiries effectively
- Collaborate closely with the Contact Centre Team to execute project initiatives
- Ensure adherence to established processes and meet task deadlines
- Efficiently handle customer information using internal data systems
- Adapt to ongoing changes with flexibility
- Accurately relay customer information to Franchisees
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Sales experience is advantageous
- Proficient in computer usage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; bilingual skills in French or Spanish are preferred
- Experience in the automotive sector is a plus, though not essential
