Position Overview

Driven Brands is actively seeking both part-time and full-time customer support specialists to enhance our dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate should be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility for weekend shifts. The starting compensation for this role is $15.50 per hour, along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expedite all incoming customer calls
  • Address customer inquiries effectively
  • Collaborate closely with the Contact Centre Team to execute project initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and meet task deadlines
  • Efficiently handle customer information using internal data systems
  • Adapt to ongoing changes with flexibility
  • Accurately relay customer information to Franchisees

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; bilingual skills in French or Spanish are preferred
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus, though not essential
