- Administrative Duties:
- Manage inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records
- Oversee cash handling and banking procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Guest Services:
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
