Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Landmark Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring accurate and efficient room assignments.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Dental plan and health care plan provided.
  • Permanent work term with 16 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
